Regular Registration

• Registration is $325 through 11/30/24. All registrations are nonrefundable, however you will have the option to transfer to another individual (more information provided below).
• In the event you are unable to attend the reTREAT, registration is transferrable through March 1, 2025.
• The link for room reservations will be sent via email upon initial registration. The host hotel is the Residence Inn on St. Charles. Room rate is $209 +tax
• No registrations will be allowed after 2/1/25.

Late Registration

• Late registration begins 12/1/24 and ends 12/31/24. A $25 late registration fee will be added. Total for late registration is $350. Please note: the invoice billing option is not available during late registration
• Any registration made between 1/1/25 to 2/1/25 will incur a $50 late registration fee, with a total due of $375 at time of registration. Please note: the invoice billing option is not available during this time period.
• Hotel Booking Information will be available after registration is complete.
